Making Additional Household Income Part Time From Home
Making extra income from home part time, looking for ways to use the internet to make money online, searching for good online business opportunities and finding ways to increase household income all became an instant reality for me two years ago.
Thursday November 3, 2005 began like a normal day. I got up in the morning and went to work for the company I had worked at for 18 years. I lived close enough to the office that on most days I went home for lunch. That normal day changed when I went back to work after lunch. When I pulled into the parking lot I thought it seemed pretty empty. I also noticed that a group of my fellow employees were standing out in front of the office. It was than that I discovered the Company had sent everyone home. Just like that I no longer had a job to support my family. I am not a spring chicken but also not ready to retire. Although I had many years of experience the job market was tough and I was out of work for sixteen months before I found full time employment again.
Was there a lesson in this experience? You bet! Be prepared because it could happen again. I also discovered during this period that the internet world is full of opportunities. Some good, some not so good. The intent of this blog will be to discuss some of those opportunities. I will be more specific in future posts but I can tell you that you can make money on the internet. It will not happen over night and will take an effort on your part but you can earn a good additional income and build a prosperous at home business working part time. There are many entrepreneurs who earn a very good living working on the internet but as I said, very few if any, build their business overnight with no effort on their part. My focus will be on getting to that point working part time from home after regular working hours.
